US Marines - no bootcamp for non-combat roles?

The 37th Commandant of the United States Marine Corps, General Neller along with former Secretary of Defense Ash Carter, are currently in discussions about the possibility of exempting certain Marine job fields from bootcamp training. The sheer madness behind this plan poses a grave threat to the very existence of the Corps. It has been a tradition since 1775 that every Marine earns their title, showcasing their commitment and determination. The civilians made it clear to the Marines that they are not interested in spending months of their time on training. The Marines do not tolerate entitlement and it is not a quality that is accepted within their organization. PERIOD!
